No specific information, but I'm always a little wary of publishers and agents with cutsy names:
A Better Be Write Publishing
Lips Unsealed Literary Agency
Limitless Dare 2 Dream Publishers
Simply Nonfiction Agency
At best, they're amateurish, at worst they're scams. That's not to say that it's universally true. Let's Be Frank Publishing and Swamp Fox Literary have people saying good things about them. But for the most part, professional operations have professional sounding names.
The opposite is not true, however.
New York Literary
Barbara Zitwer Agency
The Literary Agency Group Inc
Have normal enough sounding names, but are in fact scams.
Thank you Roger and HapiSofi for your replies to my question about Last Knight. Coincidentally(?) I received the information that they are so super-charged with submissions their reply time has been delayed indefinitely. Doc
