Looks like a small self-publisher to me. Four books all by the same author, only available as Kindle editions.

They've apparently acquired a book from a pro-pubbed (Doubleday) author and what appear to be formerly pro-pubbed sweet romances by a lady named Jerri Corgiat.[FONT='Times New Roman', Times, serif][/FONT]
