I pop on here about once a year to see what's up, but I used to frequent this forum all the time (see pinned "Tireless Agent in Residence" post) ;-) -- I do realize its been awhile though, because I just updated my profile from Associate Agent to SENIOR Agent ... and I've been a senior agent for years now! ANYWAY HI.

I just wanted to remind people who might not be aware, I have an Ask the Agent tumblr where I have been answering questions for years. If you are seeking Agentish Advice, you should take a look. Start with the Pinned Post / FAQ. That post also has instructions on how to search the archives just to see if your question has been asked and answered a hundred times already. And here's where you can ask YOUR question!
