@Heaven sent , if you hit the reply button at the bottom of the post you're wanting to answer, people will be able to see what your response means. (It will quote the post you want to comment on - as shown here in this post.)

Heaven sent, I sense that you are struggling with how to use a forum. Everybody was new once and had to figure it out, so please let our members help you.
When you want to reply to a specific post--and sometimes it's necessary for the members to tell who you're talking to--look at the bottom part of the post you want to answer. At the lower right there are two gray boxes, Like and Reply. Use your computer mouse, stylus, or fingertip (depending on what device you are using) to click on Reply.
That will quote the post you're answering in a form that looks like this (me quoting your last post):
