I have a short story subbed for their Haunted Futures anthology. It was about two weeks ago; I got an acknowledgement/receipt via a website page...

I haven't heard anything since. The anthology has a Summer 2015 deadline. I don't know of any tentative release date.

I subbed a short to their Haunted Futures anthology in early Feb. No response yet, and the summer (their proposed generic deadline) is almost over. Has anyone who may have subbed heard anything?

They've opened non-agented subs for novels (Sept. 15 - Dec. 31) via Submittable.

I have one in Haunted Futures too and also no response; most likely they got more subs than they anticipated and it's taken longer to get through them.

Yes I heard back, wanting to know if a book was still available-it was not. may sub again now that it is reopened.

I got the "R" today for my short sub for the anthology. They got way more subs than they anticipated, so the response time factor is skewed. If you haven't heard anything yet, be patient--and good luck!

I've had two interactions with them. One, I emailed to see if I could submit a story for an anthology that fell just short of their minimum word count. I received a quick reply that I could but it would be a hard sell. The second was a kind, personalized rejection for the same short story. Based on these two interactions, I'd sub to them again.

In Oct '17, announced intent to launch four new imprints. In Nov, novels on hiatus because they weren't selling. Anthologies to continue.
