I saw an ad on CL for this e-magazine and have searched on here for input on winnerswithinus.com and came up blank. I cannot find any information on them good, bad, or otherwise. Anyone have any input or experience?

Have you ever heard of them before now?
Do you think anyone else has heard of them, esp. those who don't read CL?
If no one knows about them, there's probably a better place to submit your stuff.

I reckon you'd have to contact them to see what they pay. What they paid someone else in the past is not necessarily what they would pay you today.
