I didn't see a thread for this market here, so I figured I'd start one.

Wily Writers is a pro-paying market for speculative fiction, running only two stories a month. Average response time is about 116 days and about a 4% reported acceptance rate on Duotrope.
I got an email today on a reprint of mine saying they were swamped and that the response times will be longer than normal. They said under the circumstances they would allow me to submit it elsewhere (they normally don't allow sim subs) as long as I told them if it got picked up elsewhere.
For what it's worth, anyway.
