Last night I tried to submit a flash story to Pithead Chapel. For some odd reason I could not submit. When I asked if there was an additional way to submit, the answer was no.

it is internet or not at all with this publisher.

They use Submittable. You might check their support page for troubleshooting ideas.

ETA: You might double check that you're within the size limit. Also note any error messages you may get. That might be helpful.

In '14, announced intention to publish chapbooks as well. Not seeing any yet, though.
