AW Will No Longer Let Me Paste Images

Considering that I wrote the first how-to on hosting images off-site, re-sizing them, then copying them and pasting them into our posts, I'm sure I'm doing that part right. (It's not difficult.)

But my longtime image hosting site, Imgur.com, has revamped itself, offering fewer link options for each image stored there, and not one of the links seems to work at AW. (They're all associated with a particular site and presumably its codes, like a link to post on Facebook, another for reddit, one for Pinterest, like that.) When I attempt to paste any of those links into AW's image posting, I get "Image cannot be loaded from the passed link" when I try. Today I joined Imgbb.com and uploaded a few images easily, but when I attempted to paste them here, same message.

Any idea what I can do to fix this?

I recall having bad luck with imgur, and tried gyazo, which gave me the url’s for my short story thumbnails.

I got some help--maybe this will help someone else, so I'll share it, with my heartfelt thanks to Sophia.

What you do is use your mouse or touchpad to hover over the image you want to paste. In the upper right corner of the image, you'll get a Copy Link box and next to it three lateral dots. Click on the dots. You'll get your choice of ways to share the link. Choose BBCode Forums. It will look like this, only with straight brackets:
{img}LettersAndNumbersEndingWithImageFormat.jpg{/img}

To use that code here at AW, you need to remove the image tags, the {img} and {/img} (only the brackets will be straight). Delete them by pasting that BBCode anywhere you can delete things, then click on the Image icon and paste what remains, LettersAndNumbersEndingWithImageFormat.jpg

Voila!
