I'm going to need Cassandra or Kyla to lock me in a room until I write and submit a poem.
I can't be trusted to do it on my own.

You're not sure you'll enter?
What?
WHAT?
Mods, do we have sanctions for traitors and betrayers? Someone threaten her with something.
Where would a contest be without a poem from a CassandraW?
I don't think it is hypocritical at all. I put it in mine because I want Steppe to have all the success possible, even though there is a 99.99% possibility I won't be entering. I'm in the midst of writing a novel and unless it is finished in time for me to switch head space from writing prose to writing poetry and actually get a poem written and submitted, it isn't happening. The possibility of me finishing the novel in time? I think 00.01% may be reaching a bit.I've been feeling it would be hypocritical to put the contest link in my signature when there's a good shot I won't submit myself, but perhaps I'll do it anyway. I post a lot in other forums, so I'm not a bad person to help get the word out.
The rocky roads can make us better poets perhaps.
