And if you wrote no stories this year... you're still just as very welcome as everybody else to be here and challenge yourself in 2014 to push past whatever stopped you and up that count by 1. And then 1 more. And then 1 more after that. If the thought of writing for publication stops you, then write to show yourself that you can write. Sit down with a pen and paper for half an hour and write a situation with a beginning, a middle, and an end. Do this every day, and you'll soon find that you go from and to to to to to .

This was fabulous and I kept up with it privately and have more than 3/4 written. Maybe one day I'll dust them off and seek a home for them. Until then, they were perfect for what I needed. Thank you for doing it and I look forward to next year (and hope that there IS a next year).
