This Day, Friday 18th April, we do hereby announce that - in order to settle disputes over the ownership of Earth's primary satellite - we have taken over the Moon and made it our personal Empire.

This is done for the benefit of all citizens of the Moon and will - we assure you - herald a new era of peace and prosperity for all Lunar Peoples.
