OPen Book Press recommends joining SPAWN for new writers but when I go to their URL www.spawn.org it gets redirected to an internet hosting service which usually means they have closed or moved their website.
Is SPAWN still around??

Works for me too. Might have been an intermittent problem, or perhaps a DNS lookup problem at your end.
