A list of international open access journals is here.. If it's grammar you're interested in take a look at Constructions, Snippets, and Functional Grammar - each have their own approach.
Lots of interesting Journals are listed at Linguist List. I don't have the time to go through them, but they do a good job summarising the focus of the journals. You may have to pay for these journals, though.
And here's a site that allows you to search for journals.
If you're just after titles or publishers' info, then an idea might be to try some academic libraries' websites. Certainly with our library you don't have to be a student to just search the catalogue. Our URL is http://eleanor.lib.gla.ac.uk/search/ then go to 'journals' and try searching by keyword. I just had a quick look and it returned over 100 results.
MarkEsq - there are many journals, and quite a few have recent issues accessible on-line through Jstor and your neighborhood academic library. You received some useful links already. It would be much easier for us to help you if you could narrow your topic.
