Haha well I am. We only got here today. The most I did was eat dinner and do my homework.
And my mom cleaned up from dinner, so I can't do that.

Incredible. It takes my mob all of three seconds to destroy. Read the dictionary or phone directory. That'll knock you clean out.

Self-hypnosis. You can find scripts online.

I used them when I was pregnant and had trouble sleeping, but obviously, couldn't take anything to help me with that. It worked pretty well. I didn't get hypnotized, but I did get extremely relaxed, enough to sleep.

I did something similar to self-hypnosis for Remote Viewing.

Benadryl. It'll make you sleepy. You can't use it too often, or it won't work. Try it tonite.

Whiskey, vodka, rum, or any drink with a high content of alcohol. Wait, you're a teenager. What was I thinking? You can't buy alcohol. Maybe you should get an adult friend to buy you some. :D

Seriously, just lay your head on the pillow and close your eyes.

Way out there
The way to make yourself relax is to tighten your muscles one at a time from head to foot, tighten--relax, then start counting your way down a looong spiral staircase, ten steps per floor, and with each downward step you tell yourself to relax. I've put myself to sleep many times when my daughters were teens and I went on five hours a night for about seven years while waiting for one or the other to come home from wherever and had to get up early for work. It works.

Make the decision to stay up all night.

Everytime I do that, I end up getting really tired all of a sudden.
