30 painful days. Yes. And then there was the follow up challenge from--was it Silver King or ToT? We had to either post our actual pics as our avatars or our favorite Whig politician for an additional two weeks. Something like that.

(not that I was one of those who turned into hell-o kitties on purpose or by my own volition - no, it was forced on me by some wayward modulator...)

It was bad. It was real bad. [from a DUI lawyer's commercial a few years back, those who listened to Atlanta's 96 Rock may remember]

But it was no worse than the "self-help" groups I've been a part of, where one must tell one's most innermost secrets. (Is "most innermost" redundant? There was a lot of redundancy and repetition...)

So, embrace your inner Hello Kitty. Regrettably, I didn't even save a copy of mine, though I'll never forget that image - it was a Hello Kitty x-ray/skeleton.
