Free Places to Add Your Book Online

I've been compiling a list of places that you can list your book, upload a cover, add tags, comments, etc., all for free. This is another great way to get extra exposure online - and at no cost. You can find the resource (around 30+ sites and counting) at the Free Places to List Your Book page.

I went through the list and cleaned up a few dead sites. So now the list is up to date as of 6/1/2008 with over 30 places to add, list or upload your book for free. Another great way of getting word out on your book and using free marketing to your advantage.

Question: Are these just books or ebooks too? Sorry for the confusion.

If your book has an ISBN, then you should be able to add your book to all of these places. If it doesn't, then only about half of them will work. They don't care what format the book was produced in.
