This is sort of a poll I guess...

1.) If you have been rejected by an agent for your first manuscript, would you still query them a few months later for your second new manuscript?

2.) And if this agent's turn around is 4 to 5 months, would you still send it in, or pick someone else in the agency with a shorter wait for a reply?

1) Depends on agent, and if new manuscript is a genre they represent.

2) I'd send it to the agent I wanted, regardless of their response time.

1) Yes. If I was interested in using that agent the first time, I'm sure to give them a try the second time.

2) Absolutely. Not querying is a definite no, whether I wait two weeks or six months.
