Mostly water. But I discovered the V8 V-fusion juice recently. Really pumps up a fruit smoothie.

Michelob Ultra Amber. Bud Select as a backup. Bud Light if the other 2 aren't available, but I'm more likely to hop to a nearby bar if one is available in that situation.
At the moment my beverage of choice would be coffee, large, double double, preferably from Tim Hortons.
