That's sad. I've only seen four of those films.

Love love love All About Eve, one of my all time favs! It's a pretty good list I think, though to be honest I think Lord of the Rings could have been higher up.

Annie Hall also rocks.

I always wonder why Casablanca always ranks #1 in so many list. Is it really the BEST movie of all times? What makes it so great?

I have seen 9 out of 10 of those movies and I think by and large I agree they're great movies. Are they BEST movies of all times? I don't think so.

Anne Hall....?????????????

Guess it is because I am not a Woody Allen fan. I sure would not place it any where with the others as far a great films. Oh well, I am sure that is why there are so many different types of movies made. (I have seen them all.)

I've seen 9 of them (except All About Eve). Ten best ever? Nah, but no real gripes except for the LOR pick (good movie, not as good as the first one). But I'd rate Cuckoo's Nest Numero Uno, on any such list. Midnight Cowboy, Numero Dos.

Seen 'em all, love 'em all.

Well, they're saying it's the best of all the movies that have won the oscar for best picture. There are other movies out there that didn't win best picture that could be better movies than any of those. Many people consider Citizen Kane to be the best movie ever made, and it did not win the best picture oscar.

I'd have to look over all the best picture winners to see if there are any others that should bump one of those off the list.

Hmm... I admit, there are a couple there I haven't seen, and at the risk of getting lynched for two of the more popular ones, I won't say which. LOL.

Lawrence of Arabia is probably my all-time favorite movie, though. Cassablanca to me is very quotable, but #1? Not sure I completely agree there. Nice to see Return of the King on the list.

Casablanca is quite possibly my favorite film of all time, despite my answering Hudson Hawk in a recent truth or dare stint (what can I say, I like getting a laugh.)

I wonder that Gone with the Wind didn't make the list.
