I don't know whether to laugh at pointless celebrities not selling their autobiographies or cry at the waste of time and money from the publishers.

Sigh...I really wish there was a link to that worstseller chart. It's what I do for a hobby you know, chuckle over poor-selling, overpriced, celebrity biogs.

Guess I'll have to go buy PrivateEye.

Hey, please don't talk about my book that way.

Speaking of worstsellers... did you hear Paris Hilton's new movie, the Hottie and the Nottie, only made $75 per screen over the weekend?

Ugh. Don't remind me . . . I had to wash my eyes out with bleach after I accidentally watched the trailer *shudder*

I heard about this too, and based upon the number of screens showing, and the number of times shown on each screen each day, they said that some showings could have had as few as two or three people in the theatre watching it.

So, I guess, in this case Paris is the 'nottie'

What do you mean, "in this case"?

I'm just trying to fathom that there are 38,000 people who were willing to pay anything for a copy of "The last Big Brother series winner, Pete Bennett."

You'd think those same 38,000 people might at least be willing to go see Paris Hilton's movie. I guess even stupid people aren't that stupid...

I was tempted to go just for the gawk factor. Then I reconsidered.

She must be pissed that her FANS didn't rush out to see her masterpiece.

Consider it being a must-read document for the millions of Scientology cult members.

Yeah, I was totally coerced. Gun to my head, threats to erase my hard drive and have antifreeze poured in my fish tank, the whole nine...

It was awful. Awful, I tell you!

I checked it out of the library when I was in high school, chiefly to have the bragging rights of having read an 800+ page book. The most impressive thing about the book was its length. The bragging rights weren't worth it. :e2paperba

This isn't really novels-specific, is it? Moving to OP.

ETA: Besides, more people will get a kick out of it here :D
Also, Silver King, if it should really have gone to the roundtable, oops sorry.
