Christian Bale or Michael Keaton?

Pierce Brosnan or Daniel Craig?

Jack Nicholson or Heath Ledger?

...

well we haven't seen two of the six choices yet...

but bale over keaton easily.

bronson and craig played 2 entirely different bonds. it's kind of an unfair comparison at this stage.

I just watched Casino Royale again last night and was debating this very question. I love Pierce and don't like blonds, but Daniel does a good job, IMO.

Are we voting on looks or talent?

Yay - a free pass to be judgmental.

Bana - incredibly handsome, incredibly talented. You seen Chopper?
Norton - Can't even bring his face to mind; can't remember any particular roles.

Bale - very talented; I remember some great roles, but can't remember what he looks like. Usually, I like actors that impress me more with their talent than with their looks.
Keaton - Love Keaton. Love him big time.

Brosnan - Fine actor, and a fine looking man
Craig - Loved him as Bond. First time Connery has ever been challenged as "the bestest Bond ever", IMO.

Nicholson - Over-rated as an actor (you did say I could be judgmental).
Ledger - Awesome in Brokeback, but can't remember anything else he impressed me that much in. Kinda cute, but not big league handsome.

Overall - Bale for talent. Bana for looks. Keaton for the memories.

Can I ask the stupid question? I know all the others, Batman, Bond, The Joker, but what is the Eric Bana and Edward Norton thing?

What was the question?

Daniel and Jack, but, most of all, Christian.

Norton has replaced Bana as David Benner in the Hulk.

I didn't even realize they were remaking the Hulk. Wasn't the first one a bomb?

I want to vote for Connery! Where's my Connery choice!?!?! :)

They're reimagine the franchise, thus the cast change. Ang Lee's version was a concept-gone-bad. Good thing he recovered from that atrocity with Brokeback Mountain.

Ed Norton, of course. I've always loved The Honeymooners.

Norton has replaced Bana as David Benner in the Hulk.

The character's name is Bruce Banner. He was only called David on the TV show.

Norton definitely. Very talented and ridiculously sexy.

Bale.
Craig.
Ledger.

Norton, hands down. Toothpaste has it right...he's incredibly talented and wonderfully sexy. American History X, anyone? :)

Bale. Loved, loved, loved him in Batman Begins. Hated Keaton, though I do like him as an actor, I didn't think the role was for him.

Craig. He makes me want to watch the 007 movies again. He's ruggedly sexy like a Bond should be. Brosnan was just too pretty and too slick. Yuck.

Can't comment on Nicholson/Ledger. I'll have to see the movie to decide. I want to say Nicholson but we'll see.

Norton for sure.

Bale, Craig. Nicholson and Bana. Bana was brilliant in Black hawk Down. Munich, too. Craig is Sean Connery, but more visceral and perhaps more brutish; certainly more "Animal Grace."

Bale. For any and all purposes. I'd lick his shoes. Or his feet. Whatever.

Maryn, who admires Bale and Norton the most as masters of their craft

Ed Norton for playing a guy I am too close to in Fight Club, and a guy I can barely imagine in American History X.

Eric Bana. Yummy.

What's this poll about again?
