You know...this is what professional nosepickers are for. They make housecalls. There is no reason, in this day and age, to shove liquid up your nose.

That is so HAWT!

And Nibbler, a Neti pot is what's shown in the OP - you fill it with warm salt water, pour it in one nostril and it flushes out your sinuses and comes out the other nostril. Although really it can clean out just about anything that needs cleaning.
