In the final ready-to-print version of a novel, is there a standard for indentation rules after breaks between scenes?
That is, in the places where in a manuscript you'd put a "#", do you indent the next paragraph or not? I've seen published novels with and without indentation, though I'm not sure if I've seen any recently published ones with it...
