Does anyone know of a place online that would show proper formats for various types of business correspondence. We have NOTHING in place, and as the staff writer, I have to develop something. I have a couple of books on order that might be helpful, but I might not get them for several days, and my boss wants me to churn out something NOW. My background is in technical writing and fiction. I know what a proposal or user guide is supposed to look like, but I'm talking short documents, like commendations, trouble shooting, thank yous, instructions, stuff like that. I have a good handle on what the basic content should look like, but I need the actual formats of the letters.
