Rejected, but not dejected -- more like elated?

Sorry to hear about the rejection. But wow! You have a lot of requests out there. Good for you! Sounds like it's only a matter of time before you're posting on the Accomplishments board.

I was driving myself to distraction with a recent submission on a full, but have since let it go. I have no idea why this particular submission was making me crazy, it just was and so, in a way, I understand how you feel. I haven't heard back yet, but the anxiety has gone and that is a great relief. It helped to express it when it was occurring.

In the end, it has truly been the best advice to just breathe, stay focused and, as you say, send out another query.

Sorry to hear about the rejection, Heart. But I'm sure the other four agents with a partial/full will absolutely heart your ms.

Good for you, not letting yourself get dejected over it. Having two fulls and two partials out there is terrific. It means you're getting somewhere.
