Got a Good Laugh Today

Awhile ago I decided to see if PA really did take all email queries seriously. (Yes, I do remember the Atlanta Nights by Travis Tea fun.) Well, today I received a snail mail letter from PA: "We haven't yet received your manuscript, U R 2 Much!!, and look forward to reading it. Please send it to us as soon as possible."

I needed that laugh.

That's funny! And this being PA, (1) they would then ask for that manuscript and (2) I wouldn't want to waste a 41 cent stamp on them.

On purpose I had entered my old phone number when I queried them about my ms., U R 2 MUCH!! It's now the number for a nursing home. I can just imagine the conversation....
