First, I wanted to thank everyone who donated prizes for this event, including Axler aka Mark Ellis and others. A very generous gesture and on behalf of AW, I appreciate the donations.
Now, the contest was very close and all the entries were competitive. The three people named here earned spots by a tiebreaking vote cast at about 9:30 Thursday night (and since I was still tallying, I allowed it). So, I can't say enough how well all the entrants did in creating their entries. I'm only sorry some of them did not fit into the visual.
All that said, your winners of the first KA-POW Comic Book Contest are ...
