View Full Version : Strange Questions and Thoughts

I’m overwhelmed at work with projects I need to complete NOW. Everything is now. I can’t help thinking about other things, the cold weekend ahead, taking down Christmas decorations and a bunch of other strange questions and thoughts that I don’t think I can find the answers but here. Does anyone have answers to the below?

1) Why is it necessary to brush your teeth when you go for teeth cleaning?
2) Is it acceptable for women to do booty calls, or will they automatically be considered easy? I mean they call and he comes over.
3) Wouldn’t it be nice to have one day where you can REALLY tell people at work how you feel without repercussions?
4) Shouldn’t the U.S. implement (2) 6 month sabbaticals for employees who are with a company 10 plus years?
5) If bushes were sponges, do you think it would prevent floods?

Do you have strange questions and thoughts rolling around in your head? Of course you do, you’re writers. ;)

Why do they charge you more money if your check bounces? Obviously, you don't have enough as it is!

Why do people pay money to go to the gym, but want the closest parking place to wherever they are going?

Why do people worry so much about airline security, when they have found time and time again illegall aliens working on the flight line?

Why do you have more paper work to fill out when you adopt a dog, then when you take in a foster child?

Why do they charge you more money if your check bounces? Obviously, you don't have enough as it is!They charge you because they have to use the interest on monies they already have, so they give you additional charges to build more interest on the intetest they lost. :D

Because time is money… for the gym. :Sun:

1) Why is it necessary to brush your teeth when you go for teeth cleaning? For the same reason you need to tidy up before your cleaning person comes--image.

2) Is it acceptable for women to do booty calls, or will they automatically be considered easy? I mean they call and he comes over.Yes. Guys aren't very bright, so they're easily manipulated

3) Wouldn’t it be nice to have one day where you can REALLY tell people at work how you feel without repercussions? There is such a day: your last one on the job.

4) Shouldn’t the U.S. implement (2) 6 month sabbaticals for employees who are with a company 10 plus years? No. We should work 'til we die. It's the American ****ing way.

5) If bushes were sponges, do you think it would prevent floods? No, it would just prevent grass.

My God, ToT, that's BRILLIANT! Get me the Society for the 'Spongification of Plants and Stuff' on the horn! I think we may finally have a purpose! It was a thought. I didn't say it was a bright one. Strange things go through my mind.

For the same reason you need to tidy up before your cleaning person comes--image.[/font]Yeah, I don't get that either.

There is such a day: your last one on the job.I was hoping for a let loose day, which doesn't entail the end.

No. We should work 'til we die. It's the American ****ing way. That's what I was afraid of.

No. A woman studies 'Cosmo.'

I just have to say this...to a woman, everything is her story.

Carry on.

Do bees poop? I mean really. You've seen fly "spots" on glass and such but have you ever seen bee poo?

If a woman man-ipulates a certain part of a man, who gives a shit what she calls it when he returns the favor?

Nah, honey is baby bee food - not poo.

If a woman man-ipulates a certain part of a man, who gives a shit what she calls it when he returns the favor? Is that a trick question? Manipulates a body part, or manipulates his mind?

Why are men pigs and women sows... but they don't really mean the same thing?

When you say "it's in the can" does it mean it's shitty?

Why are there so many songs about rainbow? What's on the other side?

1) Why is it necessary to brush your teeth when you go for teeth cleaning?
Dental hygenists love the irony.

2) Is it acceptable for women to do booty calls, or will they automatically be considered easy? I mean they call and he comes over.
Depends on the pirate (you'll need to go a LONG way for that punch line).

3) Wouldn’t it be nice to have one day where you can REALLY tell people at work how you feel without repercussions?
What about the repercussions of a booty call?

4) Shouldn’t the U.S. implement (2) 6 month sabbaticals for employees who are with a company 10 plus years?
There'd be a lot of human resource managers with "9 years and 11 months" calendars on their desks.

5) If bushes were sponges, do you think it would prevent floods?
No, but I certainly think they would have learned a lot more at Yale.

See...this may be the problem. It should be play, not work; fun, not labor.

I have no idea what you're talking about regarding pirate.

Rule 1: No answering questions with a question.

There are no repercussions regarding booty calls. See robeiae's response.

3. If a man goes to the 'him'alayas, does a woman go to the 'her'alayas?

No, the reverse. Been to the 'him'alayas, as he has been to her's. It used to be a stimulating excursion, but now it's just gotten old.
