As for injecting collegen to make a new you--fine if it's reconstructive surgery but after 5 years you'll need to do it again since it gets absorbed.
Obese man Bob loses 500lbs to get to 135 lbs but all this skin is hanging. He has it tucked and pulled and adjusted. Healed he goes out and meets an old friend Jane who doesn't recognize him right away.
Bob tells her what's been going on and how he's been doing.
"Sounds great," says, Jane, "But what's that divot in your forehead?"
"That's my navel. How do you like my tie?"

I agree and if I was the least bit computer savvy I would put a pic of Lisa Rinna (actor Harry Hamlyn's wife and Dancing with the Stars celebrity) - she looks deformed. What the heck is wrong with these people?
