Am I the only one who wanted to grow up to be the Disney Robin Hood?

Nope. I can sadly quote that entire movie.

I did, too, and I'm female.

Robin Hood was way cooler than Maid Marian. All she did was sit around and wait to be rescued.

I wanted to be Wendy from Peter Pan, flying always appealed to me.

Disney's Robin Hood is my favourite of the classic Disney movies (of the newer ones, it's Lilo and Stitch), and also an inseparable part of my childhood. It is Robin Hood to me, I didn't like the Costner version, and Men in Tights is only supposed to be a laugh.

It's funny, it's sweet, the songs don't make you want to retch. The character designs are great. The voice acting is perfect.

And Prince John is still one of my favourite people.

ETA: I just watched the video, and reflexively began singing.

I just watched that movie (for the 27th time) the other day, and it still makes me laugh like crazy.

"Latrine, hmm. That's a strange name. Have you ever thought of changing it?"

"It used to be S**thouse!"

"Good change, that was a good change."
