Is anyone on AW NOT planning on moving house in '08?

Which moves me to ask: is anyone on this forum staying put in the coming year?

I've wanted to move since, oh, about five minutes after I arrived here, but financially it's not going to happen. Besides, I have a year and a half at least of law school still to do.

I'd like to move into a smaller place and reduce my debt load, but I think my wife will have too much to say about it...so my guess is we'll be staying here.

Just finishing tiling my kitchen counters (Day 1 & 2), then bathroom counters. Then I'll be laying cement for the patio.

In the summer I'm house-sitting for a professor, and come fall semester I may be moving into an apartment of my own, so I suppose I'm not staying put either.

Nope. I moving with the rest of them. I think I will literally kick my parents out of this house in the coming 2008. They need to get a big wake-up call after their only granddaughter admitted that her grandparents live in the "hood."

I'd throw a match on it before I'd pack up all our stuff up again. I'm still exhausted from our move 2 1/2 years ago. We're planning on being here another 5 - 10 years.

We need a bigger house, but I really like this one. It's the longest I've ever been in one place (8 years!) and really feels like home. I don't think I could bear the thought of anyone else living in it. Like III, I'd rather throw a match on it than see someone change the paint colors or take down the fence I built with my own hands (and some power tools).

Is anyone on AW NOT planning on moving house in '08?
