Have you ever just cut raw cherry tomatoes in half and poured Kikkoman on them…yummy!

2. Go outside.
3. Walk down the street.
4. Enter the grocery store.
5. Buy as many bottles of soy sauce as you can lay your hands on (and afford).
6. Pay for the soy sauce.
7. Return home.
8. Fix a big batch of ramen noodles.
9. Apply soy sauce vigorously to the cooked noodles and eat.
10. Drink a full bottle of soy sauce to wash the noodles down.
11. Take a bathroom break.
12. Return to the computer.

Step 1: Develop High Blood Pressure
Step 2: Have doctor tell you to cut out all salt

Try Teriyaki sauce and get addicted to something else instead?

All twelve-step programs are basically the same, and based on the "Twelve Steps" of the original twelve-step program, Alcoholics Anonymous. Just google twelve steps, and where it says alcohol, substitute soy sauce. You'll get something that ends with:

"Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to soy sauceics, and to practice these principles in all out affairs."

Here's hoping you get "off the sauce" soon.
