There seems to be a rising storm of rumor forming up around Jaws, a long-time member of AW. Some of it seems to be substantiated, and some of it seems to be so much poisonous shit-stirring by a guy who got himself banned a couple of years ago.
If you're currently one of his clients and you're worried or you're receiving poisonous emails about this mess, feel free to PM me and I'll tell you everything I know -- and if you're not, then don't worry about it overmuch.
The bare facts are that Jaws is currently suspended from practicing, as disciplinary action regarding a case that he was involved in several years ago - that's a matter of public record, a Google search should turn up the pertinent details. To post any information beyond that would be, in my opinion, irresponsible speculation on my part (or anyone else's, not directly involved or affected by this situation.)
