I was in Frederick, MD this past week and looked up a townhouse facade as we were driving past and what little plaque did I see hanging above the lintel?

I saw Publish America, in the brick.

And I thought of you people.

And I flipped it the bird.

Did you notice the mortuary across the street? I think that's where PA stores all the manuscripts.

Yeah, what's really funny about that (if it's the one I'm thinking of) is that a good friend of mine has the same name as that funeral home. It was a corner fraught with coincidences.

It was snowing - so it looked beautiful. Except that block, of course. It was flecks of brimstone floating around that brownstone.

How convenient. However, at the price of PA books, I think it would be cheaper to use gasoline or oil to fuel the furnances. Besides, the stench would probably bother the stiffs.

I hear tell the pots of dead chrysanthemums in the two window boxes under Larry's office windows are STILL there - from the autumn of 2006.
