Only on her son’s death would she realize how little she stood to gain--but Wang knew now.

The last sentence in my WIP:

She hesitated for a second, then ran up the steps, unlatched the gate and slipped inside the house.

But this is the sentence I last wrote:

"And we'll kill it."

This is funny. Read them all together as if they were part of a whole, they make a kinda weird sense.

Shawn, that's true... it's weird!

Especially these together (mind not the tense changes):

And that's how it started. Only on her son’s death would she realize how little she stood to gain--but Wang knew now. They really had no choice; the Mother had seen to that. Love and joy and happiness, those are just masks we wear.

She's in the garden. Berries, whatever they were, sounded good. She hesitated for a second, then ran up the steps, unlatched the gate and slipped inside the house.

"
Why would I even think such a thing, much less say it? I think there is much you aren’t telling. But you can’t always explain what you observe. Now I only eat vegetarian."

The end.

what a great idea for a thread.

Over 20,000 tentacles hung mercilessly from the massive beast, each as thick as a temple spire, each as long as eternity, each ripping absolute destruction upon anything that comes anywhere near its poisonous skin.

I'm so glad I wasn't the only one to see this. I was afraid to post it though, for fear those guys outside in the white van with the white jackets might finally actually knock on the door...

FOMCLMAO (falling off my chair laughing my *** off)

It's still working. This is too funny and weird. So are we to learn from this that no matter what you do with words they will make an odd sorta sense? It is then our own minds that create sense and order? Or is it the thousand monkey idea?
