Amazing it's December already and very warm here in Florida! Hope it's been a good year for y'all and hope next year is even better. It's been a very trying year for us, but with you guys, it's been easier to deal with. Many thanks and :Hug2:'s!

Happy December 1! Hard to believe the year's almost over - but I'm glad it's looking better and brighter!

Santa just came through on a fire truck and my 2 year discovered the wonder that is the candy cane! I'm feelin' oh-so-merry now! :D

Thanks much, Voyager and Jerz. You guys are super and hope December is a super month for you both!

December 1st brought a winter wonderland to Minneapolis. We had a white Thanksgiving but, by the next day, the snow was gone. Today it's back with attitude. Supposed to get 9+ inches by tomorrow morning.

Thankfully, I have Monday and Tuesday off work, so I can stay home and enjoy it.

It's been a nasty winter mix here in Chicago. We were supposed to drive to Detroit today for a Xmas party, but between the weather and the totally awesome flu I've come down with, we decided to stay put. I grew up in FL, and every winter here in the north is a like new freezing slap in the face (though it has its charm for about the first week or so and the xmas lights downtown are mighty pretty)! Other than that, happy December to everyone.

Hey, SL and Rachel, hope the snow lessens and you're all comfy and warm sipping hot chocolate with marsmallows.:)

Happy December to everyone! It's still hot & humid here - currently 91 in my place & 72% humidity.

Yes, I bought a fancy thermometer. :)

Be careful all you in slippery freezing places! My mom & gramma said it's awful in Michigan, so RLB good call on staying put!

Happy December to everyone! It's still hot & humid here - currently 91 in my place & 72% humidity.

Just two more weeks and I'll be home in FL, celebrating Xmas under the palm trees like God intended.

That's so wrong. Not only will it be my first Xmas without my parents, but I'll be sweating.

Happy December 1st to you, Susie!:Hug2:

Happy December to everyone. I am soooo not ready for Christmas this year! The red tide is so horrible here that you don't even want to go outside. If you do, you hear people coughing and hacking all over the place. My paradise has turned toxic.

Happy December special K and Joyce. Hope you stay warm and have a great month!

Just got back from helping Santa. The kids are set! Mr. Turkey still needs some more goodies though. :) The weather here is rain with a chance of sleet and 40F. But I don't mind it one bit. :)

Aww, that's so nice Turk. Did ya tell Santa what we all wanted?:) To win the lottery would be great for me. Don't want to bother him with all the details. lol.

Thanks, Susie! I love to start each month with a pile of good wishes. December especially. Last chance to enjoy 2007!

Happy December, Susie :D Glad you made it through November :Hug2:

We finally had some snow, here. Only, now it's gonna rain, which is soooo not fair :( I think it's supposed to snow, again in another day or two, which will make me very happy :) I figure it's winter and it's cold, so there should plenty of white stuff on the ground.

I'll be out in CA, w/ the surfers, for Christmas. That's where they put flock on their trees  Go figure.

Thanks so much, Jean Marie. I'm surprised we made it through the year.:) Gee, snow sounds kinda nice. Miss the fluffy stuff, but hope it doesn't snow too much for anyone else.

Have a great Christmas. I bet you will.:) :Hug2:
