Snow Job...

You're complaining and I was really hoping for snow, but now we're only going to get flurries. Maybe.

It's fun. And quiet. The silence after snowfall is so amazing. I used to go out to warm my car and just sit inside the snow covered vehicle listening to the quiet.

I love snow, but we're lucky to get a few flurries.

Really, I thought this thread was about snow blowing, ala Clerks.

I LOVE snow, snow, snow, snow, snow!!
I love the way it crunches
and the way it bunches on the bird feeders
and the way it sparkles
and the way the lights reflect on it
and the way little deer footprints put holes in it
and the way it splats when it hits you on the head (we get big snowflakes here)

Getting out my scarf and boots and mitts and the hot chocolate and the HotShots.....

I love snow in the middle of the night. The town is so silent, as if resting, finally at peace after the riotous colors of fall.

We'll be on the slopes by the weekend. Whoo-hoo! I like it now, but I'll hate it later.

Snowballs, snowmen, snow forts. They are everywhere today. It was a very packy dumping around here.

lol, Caro, for a minute I thought you wrote snow farts. hehe. I love snow and haven't had snow here in Florida since we arrived 18 years ago, though I'm sure there wasn't any before moving here either.

I'd rather have snow than the rain we've had all day.

Seriously - someone do the math for me:

Toronto could receive up to 20 centimetres of snow by Thursday night. Another 5-10 centimetres can be expected overnight and into Thursday morning.
