Does anyone know of any market(s) for a young child?

I'm a writer and I'm seeing some serious potential in my 9 year old son. He is an ambitious little guy to begin with so I think he can really be something. On top of that, this is real talent I'm seeing. Even his teacher brought this up at a recent meeting. She told me she hasn't seen creative writing skills like his in years. He can draw as well (which he didn't get from me). He makes comic books and shows them to his friends and they can't get enough. He's always asking me if he can enter contests or try to get published but I only know of markets for adults. Are there any out there for kids?
