Apparently, we're writing boogers.

Does anyone know what language this is, because in whatever language it seems that books are called boogers, and I think that is hilarious and awesome.

What sprog is this?

Is it really Dutch? It is close enough to German (Deutsch) that I can understand it as written, so it might be Dutch. It's definitely NOT a Latin language.
