There's something brewing in the Pagan forum!
The next phase of our Pagan Forum Writing Contest is Ready! Please see the original thread for the basic idea of the entire contest. This phase of the contest will center around the next Sabbat on the wheel:
Yule.
The submission period is OPEN NOW. We're looking for FICTION and NONFICTION pieces to be submitted by Friday December 14, 2007 at midnight, EST. Voting will open on December 15 and continue through midnight, EST on December 21, 2007. The winner will be announced on Saturday December 22, 2007 and they will be able to choose one of many wonderful prizes donated by the gracious and talented folks at AW. To make this as impartial as possible, everyone is invited to submit their entries via PM to either Carole or Sara. All submissions will be posted at the same time in one thread in the Pagan forum. Please vote after reading the submissions. Votes will be accepted via PM to either Carole or Sara.
So, to recap:
Details: Fiction submissions of up to 2,000 words and Nonfiction submissions of up to 1500 words surrounding the theme of YULE.
Deadline: December 14, 2007

Voting: Voting will be opened on December 15, 2007 and will continue through December 21, 2007. Once all submissions are received and posted, voting instructions will be given.

As a side note, if we receive enough entries in each category (FICT/NON) we plan to have 2 votes. If the entries are meager, we'll have one vote. So, there's a chance for TWO winners!
