The pay rate was why I submitted some fiction at them last year.
Not a peep from them since, even though they were pretty prompt answering a question I had some months before I submitted.
I wrote them again, and if I continue not to hear anything, I'll try resending with a CC to the publisher. It's possible that the email address listed on the submission guidelines is no longer valid.
