This foot appeared in my house some time ago...don't worry folks; it's still attached to its (as yet) living owner.

I'm not sure that someone with such chequered footwear should be allowed to see his/her next birthday...what say you?

That's one of the ugliest shoes I have ever seen.

It's like the Vans we wore in eighth grade!

Time is a wheel. And fashion is a grind.

It is not my shoe.

But I kind of like it.

I had a pair like that. They looked cool with my Op shorts.

Ain't mine - I'm a size 11.

They're in the UK. Sizes may differ.

Well, I only wear boots anyway, so it definitely isn't mine. :D

I think I'd know if any of you were in my house. :e2brows:

You don't strike as the Vans sort, to be honest. In fact, that thought makes me need a drink.

If that's not a good excuse, gimme a minute. I can do better.

So about the size eight... we now know a couple of people who aren't wearing that shoe.

No guesses then? You all disappoint me. I have a potential victim in my flat...*sigh*

It's no fun unless my shenanigans are made public. :D

Is it a male hoof or a female paw?

Is it a male hoof or a female paw?

The foot is attached to someone of the male persuasion.

i've seen shoes like that on hip youngsters. ugly imo, but ugly is hot right now (thank god, otherwise i'd still be single. she's gunna be so screwed when ugly goes back out.)

can he wiggle his toes? is he ambidextrous?

Yes?

Good.

scarletpeaches

He says yes he can wiggle his toes, but no, he is not ambidextrous.

He is right-handed, and I assume the same would apply to his feet, although I have never seen him type anything with his toes.

That shoe reminds me of 'Cheap Trick', so that can never be good. Send him packing, unless he brought alcohol. In that case, he can stay.

Are you sure those aren't your shoes, Joe?

Shady Lane

Everyone at school wears those shoes.

But not me. I wear shoes like these:

Naw, not mine. I'm struggling to find ladies size twelve boots to complete my Britney Spears costume.

scarletpeaches

It may or may not be someone from AW...;)

I'm guessing Seun or TheThinker those were the first two names that popped into my head.

My third guess is David Bowie. Yeah I don't know why.

scarletpeaches
10-21-2007, 08:31 PM
You think I'd let seun into my house? :e2brows: That guy scares me.

And contrary to popular belief, thethinker42 is a woman - she'd be welcome in my house but no, it wasn't her. The visitor was a man.

David Bowie's due next weekend.

i'd guess spooky, but i'd have to see the other shoe. if it matches, then its definitely not spooky.

scarletpeaches
10-21-2007, 08:35 PM
Definitely not spooky...and I didn't get a photo of the other shoe. How do you know the young man in question doesn't only have one leg? ;)

joetrain
10-21-2007, 08:42 PM
well, i guess spooky'd have two legs, his own and someone else's sewn to the stump that was chewed off when his meatloaf went stale.

well, i'm stumped ... ha! ... unless its your own damn foot.

scarletpeaches
10-21-2007, 08:43 PM
Okay, I confess. He has two legs. I didn't harm him or impede his walking ability while he was here.

I just hope he posts again to prove I didn't maim him in any way...

Meeting up with AW members out side of AW...for shame...is he you're relative?

To have a size 8 foot and be male...he would have to be rather short or rather young.
OR....many ethnic backgrounds have small feet...not stereotyping......!!!
(I didn't say which!)
Is it your brother or cousin?

scarletpeaches
10-21-2007, 09:19 PM
I have no brothers and only four male cousins, none of whom are members here. So no, not a relative.

And the foot size thing? Well he's taller than me. Then again, most men are.

And another clue - when it comes to age, he's younger. Only slightly. But god yes, it makes me feel depressed to be 31 and have a visitor who's younger than me...

And I am size six. :D

Was it me? Its been my experience that just because I can't remember something doesn't mean I didn't do it... Like become a man and jump across the pond in funky shoes.

scarletpeaches

I was about to say Cass got the correct answer, but I actually like Hillary's idea of changing sex and coming here for the weekend then forgetting all about it...

Most people I know use those shoes. Nothing weird in them. I personally wouldn't use them. My foot looks like this:
