It has to be somebody's fault. I need to be doing transcription so I can work on one (or more) of those ideas I got yesterday this afternoon. Instead, I'm here.

Who do I blame?

By the way, does anyone know what the line inside the red triangle means? I keep seeing it under people's names under the green thing. Now I will disappear.

line inside the red triangle

That's supposed to be an exclamation mark inside that red triangle. Anyhoo, if you hover over it, you should see a popup explaining what it is (most icons and buttons should show a popup text explanation when you hover over them). This red triangle is an option to report a bad post if you feel someone has stepped out of bounds.

I recommend that folks give it careful consideration before using it, as it sends a report to the mods and can damage someone's reputation if undeserved. With that said, if you do feel a post is way out of line and deserves to be reported, you can use it.

red triangle with exclamation

I didn't want to use it, I just wondered what it was. When I hover over it, nothing happens, but I see you can click on it and something happens. Believe me, I don't want to give anyone a bad report. If I clicked on it, it was just to see what it was for. I notice that some posts don't have the icon at all. Ohhh. It's hard being new in town.

There need to be two colons. But it's wrong in the list, so it won't work.

It's where you can report bad posts, like if it's spam or whatever.

Yup. I tried the pulldown, typing it out myself, typing it with a little d as opposed to a capital, typing it with one colon, and typing it with two. It all ends up like that (at least, for me).

Testing....

Worked when I selected it from the list. In the 'show all smilies' window, it shows as a colon, followed by the word Disappear with a capitol D.

It definitely seems to be case sensitive, but doesn't want to work when I type it in manually. Very odd. Trying the same two possibilities, but with an ending colon....

Looks like this one is a bit finicky.

See? I tried getting it from the pull- menu thingamajig too, but it didn't work for me there either. "Disappear" doesn't like me. *pout* lol.
