New blog looking for comic news

Hi, all:

I'm a freelance writer who's just opened a new blog dedicated to independent comics. The blog will include reviews of independent comics a and graphic novels, of course, but I'm also looking for news and comments from the artists and writers who are either working in independent comics or who are striving to do so.

I was wondering if anyone on this board would like to speak to me about their own comics work, recommend graphic novels and comics for me to review or point me toward their favorite up-and-coming creators in the industry. I plan on updating the site two to three times a week. I just opened the site two days ago, so I only have two posts so far.

Thanks for your message. I am an avid reader of graphic novels, so I am looking for the more obscure stuff. Whatever suggestions you have, I'm open for. Also, I'm interested in both Web comics and print.

Thanks for replying. I appreciate it. I'll take a look at the Web comics this weekend. I admit I haven't read too many of them, but I do believe that this is a big part of the future of comics. The ability for creators to publish on the Web is amazing, and I'm hoping it leads to some amazing things.
