My house is a mess, and my in-laws will be here in about two hours. What am I doing at AW?????

I'm tired. I think I'll nap for a few hours. Plus, I have a spot on my chin.

On the plus side, I like my hair colour - topped up the root regrowth last night with some brown dye; it turned out helladark, close to my natural colour. Bit of eyeliner and mascara, I look even more like a creature of the night.

Oh, wait - a complaining thread, and I said something nice!

Uh, I have to finish three pieces for art by tomorrow, and one of them has no background...and I have to start my goddamn college applications today...and I have a fucking essay due for English...

I'm old, I'm ugly and no-one will ever love me the way I want to be loved.

My daughter just took ripped her diaper off and between the time she did it and I got over to her room, peed on the floor.

I have to go to work tomorrow. That thought alone has ruined this day.

I'm sorry...I can't be depressed when I spring-cleaned my house to get me through four days of feeling weepy (time of the month dontcha know) and I'm sitting here with a mug of tea in the middle of a sparkly-clean flat. Keeping busy seems to have done the trick and I'm A-okay for another month.

I shall return later when I'm sad.

And did I mention today's Football Sunday and I DON"T have the NFL channel?

my satellite keeps bleeping out-I miss all the good parts.

The dryer's busted. I have no clean (dry) boxers. Had to scrounge around in the drawer for an old pair of whitey-tighties. And the boys don't appreciate that, let me tell you. They long to roam free.

OMIGOD!! this day is just turning into a complete DISASTER!!!

I just looked in the fridge and I only have ONE beer left!!!!!

I'm still cleaning. Why can't my in-laws be messy people? Why must they notice things like toys scattered everywhere, heaps of falling over books, and what's wrong with jars full of bugs on the dining room table? Why do I even care what they think? Ugh - back to cleaning. Must reassure them that their baby married a good, clean-loving woman.

Internet's not really working.

Big-time capoeira display and, of course, my knees are so messed up they hurt even though I haven't used them all day.

I do have beers but going to get them makes my knees hurt, and they're so far away...
