I'm sure I haven't queried them all yet. I've been through the list on Agentquery. Can you recommend any other lists? I know someone did once on this board, a good one too, but I can't locate the thread.

I've used Verla Kay's Blue Boards (verlakay.com/boards) as a resource to make my query list.

Check out the "Response Times - Agents" subforum and you'll get a good idea of who people are querying right now, and how long it's taking to hear back.

One place to look is www.publishersmarketplace.com. There is also an agent list on this website on the Bewares and Background Check - the first post listed links you to an index to agents and publishers. You can check the agents there and see what others have said about them.

Hope that helps!

I second querytracker. It's a great resource.

Third for query tracker. Also for B&B, and may I also suggest Preditors and Editors?

I also started looking at the YA books I was reading and just figuring out who their agents were. That added a few names to my list!
