I am sure that this has been covered before so forgive me for starting a new thread but I need help and can't find the old discussion!

I received specific instructions on how to query a particular agent and it asked for "current bio". Well, I am an unpublished author and my careers have nothing to do with my current writing projects. However, both my projects are based on my life. Is that enough?

A bio is usually mostly for professional or published credits. I would just leave it off. If the writing is good enough it will speak for itself anyway. If they mention in then you can fess up to be unpublished.
