Creepy Smilie Question?

When you're not clicking on the page with a moving smilie on it, does it still move?

(I'm thinking about the smilies in my rep comments. They all dance and move when I view my rep comments...but why do I feel I'm a voyeur? They move even when I'm not looking, don't they? This is enough to make a normal person sane...er...a sane person normal...er...a crazy person sane...oh christ...you know what I mean!
