Is this a bad deal?

Hey,

I am considering trying to get published in this magazine, but I wanted to know if their funky purchasing is giving me a raw deal.

They purchase First North American serial rights and the rights to publish excerpts on website and in promotional materials.

My qestion: Would having an expert on the story on their site hinder me from selling reprints, online rights or overseas rights to the same story :huh

It is not anything that would give me pause.
